We want you to be happy with your order from REVQO. This policy explains how returns and refunds work. It does not affect your legal rights as a consumer.
Your right to cancel (14 days) You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you receive your goods. To cancel, email us at haris4321@live.com with your order number and the items you want to return. You then have 14 days from telling us to send the goods back.
How to return an item
- Email us first at haris4321@live.com. We will reply with the returns address and instructions. Please do not post anything back before we reply.
- Items should be unused and in their original condition and packaging. You may handle the item as you would in a shop to check it, but we can reduce your refund if the item has lost value because it was handled more than needed.
- You pay the cost of returning the item, unless it is faulty, damaged, or not as described (see below).
- Please keep proof of postage until your refund is confirmed. We recommend using a tracked service.
Refunds We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or of receiving proof that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier. Refunds are paid to the original payment method and include the standard delivery charge you paid.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, or if we sent the wrong item, please email us at haris4321@live.com as soon as you can, with your order number and clear photos. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you can reject faulty goods for a full refund within 30 days of delivery, and you can ask for a repair or replacement. We will pay the return cost for faulty, damaged or incorrect items.
Items that cannot be returned Under UK law the 14-day right to cancel does not apply to goods sealed for health or hygiene reasons that have been unsealed after delivery, or to items made or personalised to your order. If an item like this is faulty, your rights for faulty goods still apply.
